  70. lot if the bid for the lot exceeds the amounts bid for each item

  77. 1) Auction will be conducted for 3 weeks from April 10th Midnight PDT 
  78. to May 1st Midnight PDT.  At the end of 3 weeks all new bids will be 
  79. refused.  Each of the 3 highest bidders will be contacted and given an
  80.  
  81. opportunity to make a conditional bid between May 1st Midnight and May
  82. 5th Midnight PDT.  They will each e-mail me with the highest amount 
  83. they would be willing to pay for the item.  The highest bidder will
  84. get the stuff, but they will only pay what the second highest bidder
  85. offers + $1.

  87. 2) Shipping will be extra.  There will be no COD's accepted, and there
  88. will be a 2 week wait for checks used for payment to clear from date
  89. of receipt.  Payment in US Funds only.
